May 3, 2021 · If you are looking at My Verizon and seeing phones or lines not registered this would be referring to those line owners access via My Verizon.
We have a family plan. Two of the phones on the plan are iPhone Xs. When I go into the account and look at devices, it says for those two phones only "not registered." What does that mean? How do I register them, and is it something I really need to do? Thanks for any help!
